Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer located in Kawasan MM2100 Cibitung the Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, including repairing and maintaining equipment, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring optimal functionality of electrical systems. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing routine inspections, and collaborating with relevant teams to develop maintenance strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Maintenance Engineering
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Electrical Maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under time constraints
- Excellent organizational and technical skills
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
