Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field;
2–4 years of experience in technical documentation, system analysis, or software engineering;
Proven ability to create PRDs, architecture diagrams, workflow charts, and technical forms;
Firm understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle);
Familiarity with API tools (e.g., Postman) and ability to generate API documentation;
Experience handling translation/localization files (.arb or similar) is a plus;
Proficiency in diagramming tools (Lucidchart, , Visio, or similar);
⁠Hands-on experience with documentation tools such as Google Docs, , Markdown, Swagger/OpenAPI, Confluence, and Git;
Understanding of system architecture, UML, ERD, DFD, and sequence diagrams;
Familiarity with creating technical documents such as BRD, FSD, TSD, user manuals, etc;
Ability to work with developers to capture system workflows and APIs;
Knowledge of technical audit processes and compliance documentation;
A strong portfolio of technical documentation demonstrating clarity, structure, and depth (e.g., API docs, user manuals);
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

Write, manage, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API references, user guides, and integration manuals;
Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and QA teams to gain deep understanding of system features and workflows;
Develop detailed business process documentation for operational modules such as ticketing, membership, and inventory management;
Create and maintain internal developer documentation, including onboarding guides and coding standards;
Regularly review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
