About the role: Manage the smooth and efficient operation of the on‑site restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience.

  • Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service and culinary experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Monitor daily operations, resolve customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the executive chef to create and refine menu offerings.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar restaurant management role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.

  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.

Club Med – Restaurant Manager (G.O Assistant)

Position: G.O Assistant Restaurant Manager, working across multiple resorts worldwide.

  • Supervise a team of 10 to 30 restaurant employees.
  • Assist the restaurant manager in organizing service and managing resort restaurant teams.
  • Ensure quality of welcome, set‑up, and service in dining rooms (600–1,000 covers per service).
  • Unite and motivate teams around defined objectives and support development.
  • Develop additional sales and help optimize economic results.
  • Manage stocks and orders of products, consumables, hotel equipment, and linen.
  • Guarantee quality of services and compliance with health and safety rules.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain good product quality with excellent service.
  • Improve the skills, knowledge, and behavior of all employees on an ongoing basis.
  • Achieve agreed sales and profit targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Ensure all restaurant operations meet principal standards and government regulations.

Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality / Tourism or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager/Leader in Quick‑Serve Retail.
  • Understanding of quality, inventory systems, and restaurant operations.
  • Excellent planning and organizational ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong drive, initiative, and a good personality with communication and selling skills.
