Now we are looking for Export-Import Specialist. This position will be placed in Malang and Pasuruan plant. Kindly see the job responsibility and the requirements below:
Job Responsibility:
- Serve as the PIC for tobacco excise-related matters in compliance with government regulations;
- Prepare and submit excise-controlled material declarations (e.g. CK4, LACK10, CK5 reports);
- Coordinate internal and external excise audits (monthly, quarterly, annually);
- Manage production, sales, and inventory reports,including data reconciliation and balance tracking;
- Maintain external and internal relationships related to excise (e.g. events, meetings, and liaison);
- Ensure compliance licensing for excise-controlled products, including new projects, business transfers, and production changes prior to tax compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree from any major;
- Proficient in English as a working language, Mandarin Speaker is preferred;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tobacco excise, accounting, or import/export operations;
- Strong logical thinking, data analysis, and organizational skills; detail-oriented and responsible.
