Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection, repair, and maintenance of company facilities (office, factory, utilities).

• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work.

• Support renovation or improvement projects and prepare simple RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) when needed.

• Monitor and ensure proper functioning of building systems (lighting, air conditioning, water supply, etc.).

• Coordinate with external contractors/vendors for repair and maintenance services.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of building facilities.

Requirements

• Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Engineering or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in building maintenance (factory/office environment preferred).

• Able to prepare simple cost estimations (RAB) for repair or renovation work.

• Hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical repair are an advantage.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving technical issues.

• Willing to work in a factory environment.
