- Oversee multiple dashboards and monitoring systems to track performance and detect anomalies in real time.
- Identify, respond to, and escalate incidents as required to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with IT teams, security personnel, and other stakeholders to address and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of incidents, system performance, and corrective actions taken.
- Execute emergency procedures and dispatch appropriate personnel during critical events.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and ensure systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in system monitoring, ticketing operations, or application support.
- Prior work experience in a financial company is an advantage.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication and coordination skills across teams.
