  • Oversee multiple dashboards and monitoring systems to track performance and detect anomalies in real time.
  • Identify, respond to, and escalate incidents as required to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with IT teams, security personnel, and other stakeholders to address and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain detailed logs and reports of incidents, system performance, and corrective actions taken.
  • Execute emergency procedures and dispatch appropriate personnel during critical events.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and ensure systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in system monitoring, ticketing operations, or application support.
  • Prior work experience in a financial company is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Good communication and coordination skills across teams.
