As a PPIC Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all production planning activities, inventory control, and production schedule arrangement to suit market demand and company targets. This position plays an important role in ensuring material availability, production process efficiency, and product delivery accuracy to customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Compile and control daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on forecasts and sales orders.
• Ensuring the availability of raw materials according to the production schedule by coordinating with the Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams.
• Monitor and evaluate production capacity to match the target and delivery time.
• Supervising the accuracy of inventory data (stock of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods).
• Analyzing material requirements (Material Requirement Planning/MRP) to support the smoothness of the production process.
• Identify potential production barriers and provide solutions to increase efficiency.
• Make regular reports on production status, material usage, and inventory levels to management.
• Lead, foster, and develop the PPIC team to work according to SOP and company targets.
