Position Title : HR Specialist

Location : South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta

Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

To supervise and manage the company's general affairs activities, including facility management, asset and inventory control, procurement, logistics, transportation (drivers), and office services. This role ensures efficient GA operations, cost effectiveness, and a safe, well-maintained working environment that supports overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

A. Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
  • Build candidate databases and employer branding initiatives.

B. HR Administration & Payroll

  • Maintain and update employee records (contracts, attendance, leave, and benefits).
  • Support and process payroll with accurate HR data.
  • Ensure compliance with BPJS, insurance, and labor regulations.

  • Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and prepare training programs.

  • Organize internal and external training sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.

C. Performance & Employee Relation

  • Support implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary cases.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.

D. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor law and company policy.
  • Liaise with government labor offices (Disnaker) when needed.
  • Prepare HR-related reports for management.
Minimum Qualifications: Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, compensation benefits or employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and HR systems.
  • Experience in training coordination and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Fluent in English proficiency is a must
