Role Description
This is a contract role for a Tech Lead. The Tech Lead will oversee daily technical operations, mentor team members, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities include leading software development projects, managing technical resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This is an onsite role located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Software Developer for at least 5 years (mid to senior level)
- Experience as a technical lead in an Agile team (mid to senior level)
- Master programming languages and frameworks such as Java Spring Boot/Kotlin/Swift/ReactJS
- Experience using and designing Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs
- Experience using Jira, version control (Git), collaboration tools (Gitlab), CI/CD tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Willing to be on-site in South/Center Jakarta for banking industry
