Job Purpose

To support the marketing-led new product development process by coordinating concept creation, market analysis, and product launch execution. This role ensures that all new product initiatives align with brand strategy, consumer needs, and company objectives within the FMCG market.


Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development Support

  • Assist in managing end-to-end new product development projects, from ideation to launch.

  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Market & Consumer Insight

  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new product opportunities.

  • Benchmark competitors' products and monitor market movements to support product concept development.
  • Gather and summarize consumer feedback on new and existing products.
  • Product Concept & Packaging Development

  • Develop product briefs, concept statements, and packaging direction aligned with brand positioning.

  • Coordinate packaging artwork development with internal creative teams or external design agencies.
  • Ensure packaging design, claims, and labeling comply with marketing strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Launch Preparation & Execution

  • Support cross-functional teams in planning and executing product launches.

  • Prepare marketing materials and product knowledge documents for internal and external use.
  • Track product performance post-launch and provide input for future improvements.
  • Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain NPD documentation, databases, and project records.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in product development, marketing, or brand management within the FMCG industry. (Fresh graduated are very welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge of market analysis, product lifecycle, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with basic project management tools.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
