Job Descriptions
  • Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and required resources.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate project teams, including developers, analysts, and other technical specialists.
  • Establish effective communication with clients, management, and internal teams to align objectives and expectations.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, and design appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure the project stays within budget and manage resource allocation efficiently.
  • Guarantee compliance with industry standards, company policies, and established quality requirements.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects (software development, system implementation, or digital transformation).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent).
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, or databases is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
  • CertifiedPMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or ITIL certifications are an advantage.
  • English proficiency is preferred, especially for communication with clients or global teams.
  • Have a project leadership & team management.
