Job Description:
- Lead the design and promotion of standardized products and drive process system optimization.
- Oversee the overall operations of the department and develop annual and quarterly goals and plans.
- Organize the formulation and implementation of the department's performance evaluation plan.
- Provide guidance on data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration
Job Requirement:
- Over 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably with a background in multinational companies;
- Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
- Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
