The Manager – Sales & Marketing will play a critical role in shaping and executing our national sales and marketing strategy, overseeing both offline and digital channels. This role requires an experienced leader with a proven track record in retail sales growth, marketing execution, team leadership, and business expansion. You will be based onsite at our Head Office in Bandung and lead a dynamic team across the Sales, Marketing, and Creative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Sales Management: Drive national retail sales performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition.
- Marketing Oversight: Lead brand development, campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives to strengthen brand presence and market share.
- Omnichannel Integration: Oversee the execution of seamless customer experiences across offline stores and digital platforms.
- Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams; ensure clear KPI alignment.
- Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and partnership strategies.
- Data & Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize results and ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, merchandising, finance, and operations to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail sales and marketing (online retail are preferable), with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale retail operations and delivering commercial success.
- Deep understanding of retail consumer behavior (online & offline retail), marketplace & omnichannel strategies, CRM and brand positioning.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Willingness to work fully onsite in Bandung and join ASAP.
