IBMC is a company that partners with global businesses to deliver customized recruitment and talent solutions. We are currently assisting our sister company, a PR agency that works with international clients in the Prop Trading and Investment industry, in finding a talented Social Media Content Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage & Respond: Dive into social media conversations, providing top-notch responses to customer inquiries.
  • Campaign Creator: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Content Strategist: Contribute to content strategy and planning, brainstorming ideas to boost engagement and brand growth.
  • Design & Deliver: Create and schedule engaging content, including simple graphics, with support but not full reliance on the design team.
  • Polish & Perfect: Proofread and refine all content before publishing, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Analyze & Adjust: Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Brand Guardian: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and platform policies.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest social media trends, best practices, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Professional or native-level communication in both English and Indonesian (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience managing social media for businesses, preferably in an agency setting
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, campaign management, and community engagement
  • Willing to relocate to or already based in Bali or Jakarta (hybrid setup)
  • Strong graphic skills for creating engaging content (basic design, not reliant on design team)
  • Experience managing ad budgets and analyzing campaign performance
  • Capable of managing multiple clients or stakeholders simultaneously
  • Able to thrive under high-pressure situations and shifting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail for proofreading and upholding brand consistency
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and using insights to drive decisions
  • Experience in Prop Trading, Investment, or FinTech industry is a must.
  • A portfolio of past campaigns and content is required
