Job Description

  • Plan and develop policies and system management Finance & Accounting
  • Prepare, create, reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
  • Coordinate and carry out financial planning and analysis to be able to provide input in making business decisions, for investment needs, expansion, operations and other financial conditions
  • Coordinate and control the implementation of accounting functions in the company
  • Plan, coordinate and control the company's cash flow, account balances, receivables and payables
  • Manage accounting system properly & manage corporate tax matter properly
  • Producing financial reports and reporting to management and stakeholders, include providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as Finance & Accounting Manager
  • Experience in any financial role
  • Proficiency in English both, written and spoken Understand of budgeting, short and long term
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
  • Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Interpersonal relationship skills
  • Willing to be based in Cikarang
