Role Overview
As a
Client Relationship Officer
, you will be the face of Tiara Hana to prospective owners. Your role is to engage with potential clients, present our co-ownership concept, and guide them with warmth and professionalism throughout their decision-making journey. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, consultative selling abilities, and a genuine passion for helping people embrace a unique way of owning their dream villa.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and build rapport with prospective clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Educate clients on Tiara Hana's villa co-ownership model, benefits, and lifestyle value.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that match their aspirations.
- Work closely with Business Development Manager to follow up on leads and nurture them into ownership.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and pipeline in CRM.
- Collaborate with the Client Relationship team to ensure smooth handover post-acquisition.
- Consistently achieve individual and team acquisition targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (hospitality or luxury real estate is a plus).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality with a genuine care for clients.
- Ability to build trust, handle objections, and close deals with professionalism.
- Willing to be based in Bogor, West Java.
