Job Descriptions:

  • Handling customers complaints and give an information by Live Chat.
  • Create reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to resolve the issue.

Requirements:

  • Minimum. D3 in any major.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a contact center/customer service.
  • Willing to work on a shift of 24 hours.
  • Willing to place in Tegal, Central Java.
  • Able to join as soon as possible.
