Job Descriptions:
- Handling customers complaints and give an information by Live Chat.
- Create reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to resolve the issue.
Requirements:
- Minimum. D3 in any major.
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact center/customer service.
- Willing to work on a shift of 24 hours.
- Willing to place in Tegal, Central Java.
- Able to join as soon as possible.
