Responsibilities:
- Create brand strategies that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Market research to plan and identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning - Monitor and evaluate branding campaigns
- Maintain social media performances and strategies
- Maintain PR with media articles, collaboration, and advertisement
- Ensure effective collaboration among KOL and communities
- Manage event plan, execution, and result
- Collaborate major cross-functional projects with third-party vendors and other departments
- Monitor and evaluate performances using key metrics and sales data
- Budget control and management for effective allocation and higher ROI
- Evaluate and report to management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or related roles
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand or marketing campaigns and strategies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to measure brand performance using KPIs and analytics tools
- Experienced in financial services, trading, or investment industries is a plus
