Responsibilities:

  • Create brand strategies that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Market research to plan and identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning - Monitor and evaluate branding campaigns
  • Maintain social media performances and strategies
  • Maintain PR with media articles, collaboration, and advertisement
  • Ensure effective collaboration among KOL and communities
  • Manage event plan, execution, and result
  • Collaborate major cross-functional projects with third-party vendors and other departments
  • Monitor and evaluate performances using key metrics and sales data
  • Budget control and management for effective allocation and higher ROI
  • Evaluate and report to management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or related roles
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand or marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to measure brand performance using KPIs and analytics tools
  • Experienced in financial services, trading, or investment industries is a plus
