Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the operation of TikTok and Shopee platform accounts.
- Refine and highlight product selling points and advantages; create and optimize listings to enhance product visibility and attractiveness.
- Utilize keyword optimization, campaign planning, and advertising strategies to drive traffic and increase market share.
- Handle customer complaints and disputes to maintain high store ratings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer orders, organize shipment data, and coordinate follow-up processes.
- Track and analyze sales performance of competitors and benchmark products, making data-driven adjustments to improve internal sales.
- Optimize store operations to improve Shopee platform ranking and enhance the visibility and performance of the company's website.
- Perform other e-commerce-related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Department Head.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (e.g., KOLs, Customer Service, Livestream, Warehouse, and others) to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an e-commerce operator/specialist
- Fast learner, adaptable, with high initiative
- Problem-solver and sensitive to data analysis
- Able to work well in a team
- Good time management skills, detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, also target-oriented
- Familiar working with Excel, and understanding to Omnichannel system would be a plus
- Experience as a Live Stream Coordinator would be a plus
- Proficiency in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus
