Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the operation of TikTok and Shopee platform accounts.
  • Refine and highlight product selling points and advantages; create and optimize listings to enhance product visibility and attractiveness.
  • Utilize keyword optimization, campaign planning, and advertising strategies to drive traffic and increase market share.
  • Handle customer complaints and disputes to maintain high store ratings and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer orders, organize shipment data, and coordinate follow-up processes.
  • Track and analyze sales performance of competitors and benchmark products, making data-driven adjustments to improve internal sales.
  • Optimize store operations to improve Shopee platform ranking and enhance the visibility and performance of the company's website.
  • Perform other e-commerce-related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Department Head.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams (e.g., KOLs, Customer Service, Livestream, Warehouse, and others) to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an e-commerce operator/specialist
  • Fast learner, adaptable, with high initiative
  • Problem-solver and sensitive to data analysis
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Good time management skills, detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, also target-oriented
  • Familiar working with Excel, and understanding to Omnichannel system would be a plus
  • Experience as a Live Stream Coordinator would be a plus
  • Proficiency in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus
