Requirements

  • Assist in organizing, scheduling, and conducting training sessions and onboarding programs.
  • Support the development of training materials (presentations, guides, e-learning content).
  • Track attendance, feedback, and performance metrics from training sessions.
  • Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities related to learning and growth.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Interest in employee development, training, etc.
  • Highly motivated and a proactive learner.
  • Creative mindset and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to give commands (verbal and written) in English.
