Requirements
- Assist in organizing, scheduling, and conducting training sessions and onboarding programs.
- Support the development of training materials (presentations, guides, e-learning content).
- Track attendance, feedback, and performance metrics from training sessions.
- Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist with employee engagement activities related to learning and growth.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Interest in employee development, training, etc.
- Highly motivated and a proactive learner.
- Creative mindset and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to give commands (verbal and written) in English.
