Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze client's business processes with existing IT system and do monitoring, maintenance and improvements.
- Understand and review existing code.
- Conduct investigation of technical issues with available tools to find root cause.
- Provide solution to client for the support request, along with ticket number obtained from ticketing system.
- Generate day-to-day investigation report.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information System or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Experience with Java Springboot.
- Good understanding of RDBMS (PostgreSQL is preferred)
- Good understanding of HTML, Bootstrap, Javascript, Ajax, JSON, REST API
- Familiarity with Redis and Kafka is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skill, ability to analyze complex system.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Have a desire and willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages.
- Willing to work in shift schedule.
