We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on HR Operations Manager to lead and optimize our HR operational processes. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution of HR services, compliance, and employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage end‑to‑end HR operations including employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies
- Oversee HR systems and data integrity, ensuring accurate reporting and analytics
- Partner with Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and other HR functions to deliver integrated people solutions
- Manage vendor relationships related to HR services (e.g., payroll, benefits, mobility)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
- Support audits and risk management activities related to HR operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in financial services or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics, specifically Workday
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
