Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, analyzing web traffic and user engagement metrics, and creating online marketing campaigns. The specialist will also be responsible for communicating with clients to understand their business needs and providing relevant digital marketing solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), and TikTok Ads.
- Solid knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
- Experienced with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
- Skilled in creating and managing content marketing (copywriting, storytelling, campaign development).
- Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and simple video editing.
- Familiar with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.).
- Ability to develop social media marketing strategies, including scheduling and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop digital marketing strategies to increase

and drive sales. - Manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms (

). - Conduct market research and analyze digital trends to optimize marketing strategies.
- Prepare performance reports for campaigns (

and ensure digital performance meets targets. - Collaborate with creative and sales teams to achieve business goals.
