Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or related field
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Familiar with Windows and macOS operating systems
- Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, printers, and other IT equipment
- Basic understanding of server management and network configuration (LAN, Wi-Fi, router, switch)
- Knowledge of data backup, antivirus, and IT security best practices
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
