Production Supervisor (Assembly) - Electronic Manufacturing
Adecco Indonesia is currently supporting one of our Manufacturing Clients in their search for a Production Supervisor that will be based in Cikarang.
What will you do?
- Organize the implementation of production plans and complete production tasks with good quality and quantity.
- Monitor and adjust production processes to achieve targets.
- Lead and motivate production workers.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably from Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant related major.
- Experience working at an electronic manufacturing company is a plus.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Production Supervisor (Assembly is an advantage).
- At least 5 years working experience in Production.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Active communicator, diligent, initiative, assertive, disciplined and responsible.
