trusted advisor to clients
on their hiring strategies, workforce planning, and talent market trends - Take full ownership of the
360 recruitment process
: client briefing, market mapping, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing - Deliver strong pipelines for
mid-to-senior to executive-level roles
, often with tough or urgent requirements - Use L
inkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals
, and market intelligence to identify top passive candidates - Manage and grow
key client accounts
, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term partnership - Mentor and guide junior recruiters as a
subject-matter expert - Consistently hit personal billing targets and contribute to team revenue goals
Requirements:
- Minimum
1 years of agency headhunting experience
with a proven billing record - Experience handling
mid-to-senior level placements
across various functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Tech, Engineering, etc.) - Excellent
negotiation, closing, and client management skills - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities in
Bahasa Indonesia and English - A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — you
don't wait to be told what to do - You understand what "urgency with quality" really means in recruitment
- Comfortable with performance-based environments and
accountability for revenue targets
