What You Will Do
- Conduct compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our IT and cybersecurity solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements, providing expert consultation to align solutions with client objectives.
- Deliver professional product or IT solution presentations to customers (onsite or online).
- Prepare proposals, solution designs, and Bill of Materials (BoM) in coordination with the sales and technical team.
- Support Proof of Concept (POC) or product evaluation activities to validate proposed solutions.
- Ensure successful product installations and provide post-sales technical handover when required.
- Collaborate with principal vendors (Bitdefender, Kaspersky, Microsoft, Ruijie, etc.) for solution validation and pricing requests.
- Assist the sales team in qualifying prospects and developing winning solution strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive technologies, and new product features.
What You Will Need
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in the IT industry (preferably in infrastructure, network, or cybersecurity).
- Strong
communication
, interpersonal, and
presentation
skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English. - Good knowledge in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud Services (Microsoft 365 / Azure), and Cybersecurity.
- Understanding of network topology, firewall concepts (Fortigate/Ruijie), endpoint protection, and cloud security is a plus.
- Have certificate: Fortigate FCF & FCA Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 fundamentals, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Bitdefender Techical and sales, Kaspersky Technical and sales is much preferable
- Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team under minimum supervision.
