Qualifications
- Min Bachelor's degree in Food Technology / Biology
- Minimum of 5 years in the F&B industry, specifically in QA/QC in restaurant
- Experienced in auditing stores with multiple types/brands (min 500 SKU)
- Proficient in product, process, and service quality inspection.
- Experienced in developing Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms.
- Experienced in handling non-conformities and customer complaints.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel for data processing and charts, and PowerPoint)
- Assertive, critical thinker, meticulous, communicative
- Able to work independently (with minimum supervision) or in a team, with strong analytical skills
- Ready to work 6 days (West Jakarta)
Job description :
- Monitoring product, process, and service compliance with requirements through store assessments
- Conducting traceability of non-conformities and customer complaints
- Providing suggestions for root cause identification, corrective, and preventive actions
- Preparing documents (SOP, Work Instructions, Forms, etc.) related to QA Store activities
- Compiling reports to be submitted to superiors
