Qualifications

  • Min Bachelor's degree in Food Technology / Biology
  • Minimum of 5 years in the F&B industry, specifically in QA/QC in restaurant
  • Experienced in auditing stores with multiple types/brands (min 500 SKU)
  • Proficient in product, process, and service quality inspection.
  • Experienced in developing Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms.
  • Experienced in handling non-conformities and customer complaints.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel for data processing and charts, and PowerPoint)
  • Assertive, critical thinker, meticulous, communicative
  • Able to work independently (with minimum supervision) or in a team, with strong analytical skills
  • Ready to work 6 days (West Jakarta)

Job description :

  • Monitoring product, process, and service compliance with requirements through store assessments
  • Conducting traceability of non-conformities and customer complaints
  • Providing suggestions for root cause identification, corrective, and preventive actions
  • Preparing documents (SOP, Work Instructions, Forms, etc.) related to QA Store activities
  • Compiling reports to be submitted to superiors
