Responsibilities- Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources or related fields.
- Leverage technology to support learning activities and monitor learning performance via dashboards.
- Manage vendors: search, verify, and liaise with external training providers, building positive relationships at all levels.
- Monitor development program budgets in coordination with the Learning Analytics and Budgeting Lead.
- Evaluate development programs, including TOR, review implementation reports to ensure they meet learning and development plans.
- Oversee the implementation of development programs according to plan and requirements.
- Update the Learning Roadmap, standard curricula, and module designs to meet business objectives.
- Design learning solutions, including budgeting, aligned with business needs.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and assess current learning arrangements to meet organizational objectives.
