Role Description :

The
Electrical Supervisor
will be supervising the installation and testing of electrical systems and equipment. He/She is responsible to monitor work execution, ensure adherence to drawings and standards, coordinate with other disciplines, and maintain quality, safety, and progress on site.

Job Description :

  • Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation works on site, including power distribution, lighting, earthing, cable containment, and equipment installation.
  • Ensure all works are performed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
  • Monitor activities, workmanship quality, and progress to ensure compliance with standards and schedule.
  • Coordinate with Mechanical, FSS, and CSA teams to resolve site conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support testing and pre-commissioning of electrical systems under the direction of the Electrical Engineer.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality requirements.
  • Prepare daily reports detailing manpower, progress, and any site issues.
  • Report material shortages, technical issues, or drawing discrepancies to the Electrical Engineer or Construction Lead.
  • Ensure safe working practices are followed in all electrical works.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Diploma or vocational certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical installation supervision.
  • Experience in data center, industrial, or large-scale MEP projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety procedures.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required to communicate effectively.
