Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise engineering team to ensure smooth execution of operations and projects.
Develop and implement engineering best practices and improvement initiatives.
Plan and monitor preventive & corrective maintenance for all machines.
Coordinate with spare part, planning, and other cross function teams to secure operational readiness.
Evaluate machine performance and ensure optimal reliability and availability.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Guide, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or other related Engineering major.
Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing engineering or maintenance (1+ years in a supervisory role).
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of TPM, CPOB, CPOTB, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.
Proactive, hands-on, and committed to achieving operational excellence and machine reliability.
