Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and cleanliness plans for building facilities.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Civil systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and record operational performance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other departments for maintenance or repair work.
  • Identify technical problems and perform troubleshooting to ensure all systems operate properly.
  • Prepare periodic reports regarding the condition and performance of building facilities.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in building operations or facility maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil construction systems.
  • Skilled in reading technical drawings and performing field troubleshooting.
  • Strong teamwork, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
