Amalan is a company that specializes in debt management services. Specifically, Amalan helps individuals who are struggling to repay their debts—especially credit card debt, unsecured loans, and other forms of consumer loans—by negotiating debt restructuring or payment relief with banks or financial institutions.

We are currently offering an opportunity for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Admin Sales team. This role provides hands-on experience in customer service and sales lead handling within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all inquiries from potential and existing clients through various communication channels

  • Receive and handle inbound calls, including sales leads and client support

  • Clearly explain Amalan's services to prospective clients

  • Assess clients' eligibility using a script provided in the system

  • Forward lead data to the relevant team based on established procedures

  • Escalate issues to the internal team when further assistance is required

  • Update the customer database after each interaction

  • Meet Quality Assurance standards and other key performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Willing to live and work in Yogyakarta during the freelance period

  • Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in any field

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and team-oriented

  • Preferably graduates from English Education or English-related studies
