- Lead the store team to achieve business goals, maximize sales performance, and ensure superior client experience.
- Implement brand strategy and maintain Tod’s visual, operational, and service excellence.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members to uphold the brand’s culture and standards.
- Analyze store performance metrics and develop action plans to drive profitability and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, VIP customers, and corporate partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments and Kanmo Group management for business alignment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing team performance.
- Deep understanding of client telling and luxury customer experience.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to plan and conduct store event.
