School Administration Assistant

Job Description

  • Produce and submit regular and other periodic report (monthly / semi‑annual / annually) regarding all activities or issues within his/her area of responsibility.
  • Develop, maintain and improve the relationship with relevant parties such as school staff and teachers, students, parents and other stakeholders, to support the achievement of the position’s targets.
  • Organize the ordering and distribution of school’s materials for staff and students.
  • Provide administrative support in preparing and administering exam papers.
  • Check, monitor and keep records of the teacher (including part‑timer teacher) and student attendance lists each day.
  • Undertake the routine of telephone duties, take messages, and arrange internal & external appointment/meeting.
  • Be responsible for the school database.
  • Recommend improvement as based on the facts faced in the school daily operations to the school principal.
  • Performs other work‑related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Good in Administration (detail, neat, tidy).
  • Have experience in International School Admin.
  • Good in Excel & database system.
  • Good communication skill (people person), customer service oriented.
  • Able to work in fast‑paced environment and under minimum supervision.

Assistant Teacher – Early Childhood

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (PGPAUD) or Psychology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as teacher assistant in private or international school handling 2‑3 year old children.
  • Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development.
  • Nurturing teaching approach.
  • Excellent communication skills (Bahasa & English).

Job Description

  • Create innovative lesson plans and enhance the learning environment for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers to monitor the development of students.
  • Work with students in the classroom to promote their learning and development.
  • Observe and evaluate student’s performance and development.
  • Understand the teacher’s routine when it comes to delivering a lesson plan and running the class in the event that the teacher is absent on a particular day.
  • Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents.
Computer Science Teacher – Secondary

Job Description

  • Plan, set and deliver standards for learning.
  • Prepare and support critical thinking for student in classroom.
  • Observe and evaluate student’s performance and development.
  • Understanding of academic, social and behavioral needs and characteristics of high level student.
  • Establish links with the parent community to ensure that parents are kept well informed about student progress.

Qualifications

  • Possess academic background in Computer Science/Information Technology.
  • Experience in Secondary level.
  • Experience with Coding and Robotics at the Secondary level.
  • Able to lead the technology integration in the school and support the teachers using technology.
  • Experience with IGCSE & A Level Computer Science.
