Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a well rounded Longtail Merchant Strategy Assistant Manager to drive growth of thousands of small-medium businesses in GrabMart. You will be in charge of leading projects from ideation to reiteration, making sure everything goes smoothly and delivers good results. You will be reporting to the Manager. You will be based onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Identify potential and innovative ideas by analyzing historical data and business situations to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Lead, manage, and at once from inception to completion, ensuring successful execution
  • Track and analyze longtail merchant performance while collaborating with the Sales Account Management and Merchant Acquisition teams to support and enhance workflow efficiency
  • Bridge the gap between field insights and actionable business measures to drive data-driven strategic planning
  • Liaise with different functions across various levels and departments to ensure coherence and effective collaboration across business units
  • Engage prioritized merchants in thoughtful discussion and lead effective negotiation processes
