Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Information Technology Quality Assurance and Support Specialist at FINETIKS. Responsibilities include test management, creating test cases, ensuring quality assurance, utilizing analytical skills, and providing Level 1 IT support. You will also talk to customers directly for incidents/bugs/issues finding.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Test Management experience
  • Quality Assurance and Information Technology proficiency
  • Ability to create effective test cases
  • Experience in testing mobile apps for Android and iOS
  • Experience in testing APIs
  • Experience in L1 (Level 1) Customer Support
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in software testing and QA processes
  • Good understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Relevant certifications in QA or IT are a plus
