Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surabaya for a Photographer & Videographer. The individual in this role will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing photographs and videos that align with the company's creative vision and objectives. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and setting up necessary equipment, collaborating with team members to develop visual concepts, and ensuring final outputs meet quality standards. Additional responsibilities may include post-production work, maintaining an organized media library, and managing deadlines for different projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Photography, Videography, and Lighting Techniques
• Skills in Photo Editing and Video Editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Experience in Concept Development and Visual Storytelling
• Ability to manage Production Equipment, such as cameras, lenses, and lighting setups
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Understanding of social media trends and content optimization is a plus
• Relevant education in Creative Media, Design, or a related field is desirable
