Job Description:
- Conceptualize and produce videos for various company needs, including video campaigns, advertisements, social media content, event documentation, and more.
- Operate professional cameras to capture high-quality video footage according to production requirements.
- Edit video content, including trimming, adding transitions, visual effects, and audio enhancements.
- Perform color grading and sound mixing to ensure high-quality video output aligned with brand standards.
- Set up lighting and composition to produce high-quality images.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, social media, and other parties to understand the vision and goals of the content being created.
- Generate fresh and innovative ideas for video content that can attract audience attention and increase engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, or certification in Film Production, Media Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a videographer and video editor in the beauty industry.
- Proficient in basic photography and videography techniques and the operation of video editing software.
- Good understanding of the technical specifications of various social media platforms and content trends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- High creativity and the ability to think out of the box.
- Good multitasking and time management skills.
- Must attach a Portfolio.
