Job Description

BK STUDIO is looking for an Admin (General & Project) who will be responsible for handling day-to-day office administration as well as supporting project documentation and coordination. This role requires someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively across both administrative and project-related functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office and project documents, records, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams (emails, calls, letters).
  • Prepare, organize, and track project administration including contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in procurement and management of project and office supplies, including preparing buying lists and forecasting requirements.
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management, recruitment paperwork, expense reports, and petty cash.
  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Monitor and report project progress, milestones, and deadlines to project teams and management.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Assist project teams with documentation, reporting, and tracking deliverables.
  • Ensure effective coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in general and project administration.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings is required.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Knowledge of basic HR or finance administration is an advantage.
