We're looking for a passionate Chef, Sous Chef, CDP to lead the kitchen with creativity, discipline, and heart.
What You'll Do:
– Execute the concept and producing food following the owner's directions
– Manage kitchen operations, hands-on in the kitchen every time, every day and team training
– Uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
– Collaborate on new ideas and daily specials
Requirements:
– Proven experience as Chef or Sous Chef in a quality kitchen
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Passion for European and western timeless cuisine
– Creative, reliable, and team-oriented
