This position will be based in our factory in GIIC Industrial Zone Cikarang, the responsibilities will be as follows:

Recruitment and Learning & Development

  • Assist and support managers in coordinating recruitment.
  • Support and guide managers in setting up, conducting training needs analysis and follow up on the implementation of training plan.
  • Support managers in developing career path and development opportunities.
  • Work with managers in developing standard training programme for various applicable function for the departments; Coordinate training programmes for departments held at headquarters.

Personnel and Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Assist and follow through to ensure proper record and update of personnel information in all applicable HR systems.
  • Assist in compiling wage and benefit survey, analyse evaluate and make recommendations, including keeping close watch of market trends and practices.

General Support

  • Analyse and use past HR data to support and facilitate business decision-making, help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
  • Generate insights to recommend changes and improvement in any general aspect, including to existing Policies, Career Development, Learning and Talent Management Program.
  • Keep informed of existing and proposed government laws and regulations related to assigned responsibilities, appraise their effects on the company operations; follow up on the appropriate action taken to ensure compliance with government laws and regulations.
  • Support Managers in any Human Resources related administration work required by headquarters.
  • Stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of Human Resources.

Others

  • To carry out any additional job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Implement and conform to all established quality, safety and environmental management system.
  • Support the implemented quality, safety and environmental management system.
  • Comply with all applicable procedures and legal and other requirements.
  • Comply with Takasago Group's Charter of Corporate Behaviour and Code of Conduct in accordance with the Employee Handbook.
Qualification
  • Minimum with Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent in years of similar experience

  • Communicates effectively with all levels of staff

  • Good in English written and oral communication
  • Strong analytical skill, Basic statistics, Predictive analytics
  • Ability to work with diverse culture
  • Good in using Microsoft Office Application, basic design and is familiar with the use of AI
  • Good understanding of Employment Acts and Labour Laws

  • Min 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management or/and HR Business Partner
