Conduct workplace health risk assessments, exposure monitoring, and HS audits.
Develop and implement health surveillance, wellness, and HS policies and procedures.
Advise on control measures for occupational hazards and monitor compliance with legal and company standards.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with operational, HS, and medical teams to ensure holistic worker health and safety protection.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Public Health, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ahli K3 Umum, OSHA, or equivalent national certification.
ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 auditor certification is an advantage.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in occupational health, and HS roles, preferably in manufacturing
Proven experience in conducting exposure assessments, risk evaluations, incident investigations, and implementing control measures.
Strong knowledge of chemical, biological, and physical hazard identification and control.
Familiarity with local and international health and safety regulations and standards ( ILO, ISO
Ability to develop and deliver health surveillance, wellness, and HS training programs.
Skilled in safety management systems, environmental compliance, and emergency response planning.
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Willing to do business travel
