Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.

  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer validation to ensure products meet market trends and user requirements.

  • Perform product redevelopment and improvement focusing on technology, design, and functional enhancements.

  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to optimize efficiency, performance, and user experience of existing and new products.

  • Coordinate with international suppliers and manufacturers for sourcing, product testing, and quality standard alignment.

  • Conduct QC sampling to ensure products comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Organize and analyze panelist testing or consumer response studies to gain feedback and insights for further product improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Design, Product Management or related field.

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Product Development, R&D, or Innovation

  • Strong understanding of the NPD process, from research, design, and prototyping to mass production.

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).

  • Innovative, meticulous, proactive, and highly focused on product quality and user needs.
