Key Responsibilities
Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer validation to ensure products meet market trends and user requirements.
Perform product redevelopment and improvement focusing on technology, design, and functional enhancements.
Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to optimize efficiency, performance, and user experience of existing and new products.
Coordinate with international suppliers and manufacturers for sourcing, product testing, and quality standard alignment.
Conduct QC sampling to ensure products comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Organize and analyze panelist testing or consumer response studies to gain feedback and insights for further product improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Design, Product Management or related field.
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Product Development, R&D, or Innovation
Strong understanding of the NPD process, from research, design, and prototyping to mass production.
Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
Innovative, meticulous, proactive, and highly focused on product quality and user needs.
