Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in planning and executing internal events that promote team collaboration and employee engagement.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing people engagement within the organization.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by helping to create content and campaigns that highlight our company culture.
  • Perform various HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and supporting HR operations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR, particularly in employee engagement and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to work from the office (WFO) in BSD Tangerang Selatan.
