We are seeking for an experienced
Sales Engineer
with a
chemical background
to join our team. This role involves identifying client needs, delivering tailored water treatment solutions, and driving business growth through strong technical and sales expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in water-intensive industries.
  • Recommend chemical and technical solutions for water treatment challenges.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present proposals, ensuring alignment with customer goals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field such as Industrial/Metallurgical/Environmental Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and/or water treatment applications.
  • Strong technical understanding of water treatment chemicals and processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Solution- and target-oriented, eager to learn and grow.
  • Hardworking, challenge-driven, with strong industrial network.
  • Familiar with B2B procurement processes, especially in BUMN and EPC.
  • Good command of English.
  • Willing to travel for business purposes.
  • Additional skills in Canva are an advantage.
