Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
- Strong knowledge of procedures, regulations, licenses, export-import documents, and permits (PIB/PEB)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and vendors
- Handle administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage complex and multi-faceted tasks in a well-organized manner
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors regarding invoices
