As a Frontliner, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering excellent service and creating a positive banking experience. This role includes handling daily transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments, as well as providing accurate information about banking products and services. You are also expected to assist customers in resolving inquiries, ensure compliance with bank policies, and maintain a professional appearance at all times. With strong communication and customer service skills, you will play an important role in building trust and long-term relationships between the bank and its customers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Target-oriented and results-driven
  • Willing to be placed in Surakarta
