We are the education partner of Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy (CMRA) in Southeast Asia to deliver their curriculum and certification for both K-12 STEM education and Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET). Through our training and certification, high school students enhance their chances of entering the best universities worldwide and university and college graduates get access to internship opportunities and jobs of the future.

We are seeking an Account Management Executive who is dynamic and customer-focused to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, communicate with clients to ensure they're fully aware of their needs, then collaborate with internal teams to meet those necessities and achieve revenue growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications and inquiries.
  • Understand client goals and objectives to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, performance metrics, and growth strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals to ensure mutual benefit for the company and the client.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide relevant insights to clients.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless transition.

Requirements and Skills

  • Have 3+ years experience in Account Manager or similar fields, preferably within service industries or education-related sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
  • Analytical skills to assess client needs and track account performance metrics.
  • A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and maintaining client satisfaction.
