Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and oversee all planning and logistics operations to ensure smooth supply chain management.
- Manage bonded zone activities in compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategic planning, inventory management, and logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to meet production and market demands.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the planning and logistics team to ensure high performance, continuous improvement, and adherence to best practices.
- Drive process improvements through the application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other supply chain methodologies.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, customs, transporters, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management on supply chain performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Minimum
5 years of experience
in planning and logistics within a
manufacturing industry
. - Proven experience in
handling bonded zone
operations. - Strong
leadership and people management
skills. - Certification in
Supply Chain Management, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other management certification
is preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in
English
(both written and spoken). - Willing to be based in
Eastern Indonesia
